§ 1-403. Citation of revised articles
Universal Citation: MD Gen Provisions Code § 1-403 (2017)
- (a) In general. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, unnumbered revised articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland may be cited as: "§ ____ of the ____ Article".
- (b) Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article. -- A section of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article may be cited as: "§ ____ of the Courts Article".
