§ 12-206. Fees; payment of expenses; payment of funds into General Fund

- (a) Fees. --
- (1) The Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of certificates and its other services.
- (2) The fees charged may be set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board.
- (b) Payment of expenses. -- In accordance with the State budget, the Board may pay expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this title.
- (c) Payment of funds into General Fund. -- The Board shall pay all funds collected under this section into the General Fund of this State.
