§ 9.8-110. Contracts and assignments with institutions of higher education [Title subject to abrogation].

- Institutions of higher education may:
- (1) Contract with the Collaborative;
- (2) Assign to the Collaborative intellectual property and other resources to assist in research and development and activities; and
- (3) Assign faculty and staff to the Collaborative.
