§ 9.8-104. Executive Director [Title subject to abrogation].

- (a) In general. -- The Collaborative shall employ an Executive Director.
- (b) Qualifications. -- The Executive Director shall have experience with and possess qualifications relevant to the activities and purposes of the Collaborative.
