§ 8-304. Maryland School for the Blind -- Standards for admission and dismissal
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 8-304 (2017)
- (a) Adoption. -- The Maryland School for the Blind shall adopt written standards for the admission and dismissal of students.
- (b) Submission to State Board for approval. -- The standards and any amendments shall be submitted to the State Board for approval under ยง 2-206 of this article.
- (c) Modifications. -- The State Board may require modifications to the standards as it considers necessary.
