§ 7-4B-04. Duties of Department
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 7-4B-04 (2017)
- (a) Monitoring compliance. -- The Department shall monitor the compliance of county boards with the provisions of this subtitle.
- (b) Investigation and corrective actions. -- The Department may investigate and take corrective action in response to complaints from parents, guardians, or legal representatives of students with disabilities who allege a violation of the provisions of this subtitle.
