§ 7-1505. Reports.
Universal Citation: MD Educ Code § 7-1505 (2017)
- (a) In general. -- The Governing Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with ยง 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on or before December 15 of each year.
- (b) Contents. -- The report shall include:
- (1) A list of all the activities of the Center; and
- (2) An update on the current status and effectiveness of the Center.
