§ 7-10B-05. Quorum; time of meetings

- (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the members then serving on the Council is a quorum.
- (b) Time of meetings. --
- (1) The Council shall meet at least 4 times during each academic year.
- (2) The Council may hold additional meetings in order to carry out its responsibilities.
