§ 3-1509. Rules and forms

- (a) Authorized. -- The Court of Appeals may adopt rules and forms to implement the provisions of this subtitle.
- (b) Petition form. --
- (1) The Court of Appeals shall adopt a form for a petition under this subtitle.
- (2) A petition form shall contain notice to a petitioner that an individual who knowingly provides false information in a petition filed under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to the penalties specified in ยง 3-1503(d) of this subtitle.
