§ 13-503. Powers of library committee
Universal Citation: MD Cts & Jud Pro Code § 13-503 (2017)
- The library committee may:
- (1) Appoint a Director to be compensated as provided in the State budget;
- (2) Make rules and regulations for the conduct and operation of the State Law Library; and
- (3) Direct the Director to purchase from time to time books, maps, and periodicals for the use of the State Law Library.
