Title 27 - Vehicle Laws -- Penalties; Disposition of Fines and Forfeitures
§ 27-115. Violation of § 21-1124.3 of this article.

(a) Violations; penalties. -- A person who violates § 21-1124.3 of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $ 5,000 or both.

(b) Concurrent sentencing. -- A sentence imposed under this section shall be separate from and concurrent with a sentence for another crime based in whole or part on the act establishing the violation of § 21-1124.3 of this article.
