§ 22-608. New motor vehicles -- Certificate of compliance

MD Transp Code § 22-608 (2016) What's This?

The manufacturer, distributor, or designated agent of the manufacturer or distributor of each make and model of motor vehicle sold in this State shall file with the Administration a written certification that the particular make and model complies with the sound level limits established under ยง 22-605 of this subtitle for new motor vehicles. The certification shall be on the form that the Administration requires.
