§ 3-214. Recertification after revoked certification

MD Pub Safety Code § 3-214 (2016) What's This?

(a) In general. -- If the certification of a police officer is revoked, the police officer may not apply for recertification until 2 years after the effective date of the revocation order.

(b) Authority of Commission to recertify. -- The Commission may recertify an individual as a police officer after the certification of the police officer is revoked.
