§ 19-326. Delicensure -- Alternative building or site uses

MD Health-Gen Code § 19-326 (2016) What's This?

If a hospital voluntarily closes, merges, or is delicensed under ยง 19-325 of this subtitle, the Department of Commerce, in cooperation with the Maryland Health Care Commission, shall assist the hospital and local community in identifying alternative uses for the hospital buildings or sites.
