§ 19-1803. Continuum of care; variety of services

MD Health-Gen Code § 19-1803 (2016) What's This?

(a) Continuum of care. -- The Department shall encourage, but may not require, providers of assisted living program services to offer a continuum of care.

(b) Variety of services. -- Providers of assisted living program services may provide services at a variety of levels and in a variety of settings.
