Subtitle 12 - Comprehensive Physical Rehabilitation Facilities
§ 19-1202. Compliance with requirements of subtitle
MD Health-Gen Code § 19-1202 (2016) What's This?
A comprehensive rehabilitation facility shall meet the requirements of this subtitle before the facility may provide:
(1) Comprehensive physical rehabilitation services; or
(2) Any specialized rehabilitation program.
