Subtitle 4C - Mutual Consent Voluntary Adoption Registry
§ 5-4C-04. Confidentiality
(a) Disclosure of information contained in Registry prohibited. -- Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, or pursuant to a court order, the Administration may not disclose information contained in the Registry.
(b) Retention of affidavits and other information. -- The Administration shall retain affidavits and other information collected concerning a registrant until the date specified by the registrant, or for 99 years after the date of registration, whichever occurs first.
