§ 14-309. Persons immune from civil liability

MD Fam L Code § 14-309 (2016) What's This?

Any person who makes or participates in making a report under this subtitle or participates in an investigation or a judicial proceeding resulting from a report under this subtitle shall have the immunity from liability described under ยง 5-622 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article.
