§ 10-355. Applicability; controlling law.

MD Fam L Code § 10-355 (2016) What's This?

(a) Applicability. -- This part applies only to a support proceeding under the Convention.

(b) Controlling law. -- In a support proceeding under the Convention, if a provision of this part is inconsistent with Parts I through VI of this subtitle, this part controls.
