§ 10-302. Tribunals and support enforcement agency of this State

(a) Tribunals. -- The circuit courts, and the Administration, in the context of an affidavit of support, are the tribunals of this State.
(b) Support enforcement agency. -- The Child Support Enforcement Administration is the support enforcement agency of this State.
