§ 4-606. Certificate -- Effect

MD Est & Trusts Code § 4-606 (2016) What's This?

(a) Conclusive proof. -- In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the certificate of an authorized person under ยง 4-605 of this subtitle is conclusive of the formal validity of the instrument as a will under this subtitle.

(b) Absence or irregularity. -- The absence or irregularity of a certificate does not affect the formal validity of a will under this subtitle.
