§ 13-210. Lobbyists
MD Elec Law Code § 13-210 (2016) What's This?
(a) "Lobbyist" defined. -- In this section, "lobbyist" means a regulated lobbyist as described in the State Government Article.
(b) Applicability of General Provisions Article. -- A lobbyist, or person acting on behalf of a lobbyist, may be subject to the limitations on campaign finance activity prescribed in the General Provisions Article.
