§ 13-2607. Regulations
MD Crim Law Code § 13-2607 (2016) What's This?
(a) Authorized. -- The Department may adopt reasonable regulations to administer and enforce this part.
(b) Copy. -- A copy of the regulations adopted by the Department shall be made available at a reasonable cost.
