§ 13-1911. Raffles -- Form of prizes
MD Crim Law Code § 13-1911 (2016) What's This?
(a) Exclusion. -- This section does not apply to a raffle conducted under ยง 13-1911.1 of this subtitle.
(b) In general. -- A qualified organization conducting a raffle may award prizes in money not exceeding a total of $ 5,000 and in merchandise in any amount or the merchandise cash equivalent.
