§ 13-1706. Prohibited act; penalty

MD Crim Law Code § 13-1706 (2016) What's This?

(a) In general. -- A person who violates a provision of ยงยง 13-1702 through 13-1704 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $ 1,000 or both.

(b) Separate violation. -- Each day that a person is in violation under this section is a separate violation.
