§ 10-124. Application of part

MD Crim Law Code § 10-124 (2016) What's This?

(a) In general. -- This part applies to a motor vehicle that is driven, stopped, standing, or otherwise located on a highway.

(b) Exception. -- This part does not affect the provisions of ยง 21-903 of the Transportation Article.
