§ 11-212. Penalties

MD Comm L Code § 11-212 (2016) What's This?

Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions of ยง 11-204 (a)(1) or (2) of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 500,000 or imprisonment not exceeding six months or both.
