§ 14.5-104 - Person with knowledge of facts.

MD Est & Trusts Code § 14.5-104 (2015) What's This?

A person has knowledge of a fact if the person:

(1) Has actual knowledge of the fact;

(2) Has received a notice or notification of the fact; or

(3) From all the facts and circumstances known to the person at the time, knows or should know the fact.
