STATE PERSONNEL AND PENSIONS
§ 29-421 - Scope of Part
§29-421.
(a) This section applies to an allowance of:
(1) a retiree, former member, or surviving spouse of a member of the Employees’ Retirement System or the Teachers’ Retirement System who is subject to Selection C (Combination formula); or
(2) a beneficiary of the retiree or former member described in item (1) of this subsection.
(b) This section does not apply to:
(1) benefits paid in a single payment; or
(2) the return of accumulated contributions.
