§ 5-509 - State clearinghouse for intergovernmental assistance
§5-509.
(a) The Department shall serve as a repository and clearinghouse for information concerning federal and State grants, loans, and other financial and technical assistance.
(b) The Department shall adopt regulations that require units of State government:
(1) to submit financial and technical assistance information to the Department; and
(2) to publish information concerning grant application requirements in the Maryland Register in a timely manner.
(c) The Department shall annually publish information concerning State financial and technical assistance in a catalog or catalogs of State assistance programs.
