§ 11-206 - Adjudication of violation in district court [Effective until October 1, 2013].
§11-206.
In a proceeding before the District Court, a violation shall be adjudicated in the same manner and to the same extent as a municipal infraction under Article 23A, § 3(b)(7) through (15) of the Code.

In a proceeding before the District Court, a violation shall be adjudicated in the same manner and to the same extent as a municipal infraction under §§ 6-108 through 6-115 of the Local Government Article.
