MD Land Use Code § 1-503 (2013) What's This?

§1-503.

Before adoption of the growth tiers, a local jurisdiction may submit the proposed tiers and any relevant information to the Department of Planning for:

(1) technical assistance, review, and comment; and

(2) the opportunity for public review.
