§ 8-1002 - Applicability of subtitle [Subject to amendment effective October 1, 2015; amended version follows this section]
§8-1002. IN EFFECT
Except for provisions relating to direct care staff under § 8-1003 of this subtitle, this subtitle does not apply to:
(1) a shelter care facility or residential respite program licensed by the Department of Human Resources; or
(2) a detention center or shelter care facility operated by or under contract with the Department of Juvenile Services.
8-1002. ** TAKES EFFECT OCTOBER 1, 2015 PER CHAPTERS 312 AND 313 OF 2012 **
This subtitle does not apply to:
(1) a shelter care facility or residential respite program licensed by the Department of Human Resources; or
