§ 6-424 - Advisory Board -- Quorum; meetings; compensation


MD Human Svs Code § 6-424 (2013) What's This?

§6-424.

(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Board is a quorum.

(b) The Advisory Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

(c) A member of the Advisory Board:

(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Advisory Board; but

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
