§ 6-302 - Qualifying as a small business


MD House & Comm Dev Code § 6-302 (2013) What's This?

§6-302.

(a) A business qualifies as a small business if the number of its employees and the amount of its annual receipts do not exceed limits that the Department sets by regulation.

(b) The limits that the Department sets may not be less restrictive than those that the federal Small Business Administration sets.
