§ 4-1508 - Approval process for applications
§4-1508.
(a) The Department may approve an application for a project only if the political subdivision in which the project is to be situated has:
(1) approved the project; and
(2) (i) contributed to reducing the development costs or operating costs; or
(ii) otherwise supported the project.
(b) In reviewing an application for a Program loan, the Department shall consider:
(1) the economic feasibility of the project;
(2) the contribution of the political subdivision for the project in relation to the ability of the political subdivision to contribute; and
(3) other relevant factors.
