HEALTH OCCUPATIONS
§ 1A-204 - Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff
(a) Quorum. -- A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.
(b) Meetings. -- The Board shall meet at least once every 3 months, at the times and places that it determines.
(c) Compensation; reimbursement for expenses. -- Each member of the Board is entitled to:
(1) Compensation in accordance with the budget of the Board; and
(2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.
(d) Staff. -- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
