HEALTH OCCUPATIONS
§ 14-5B-10 - Application for license.


MD Health Occ Code § 14-5B-10 (2013) What's This?

(a) In general. -- To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that the Board requires; and

(2) Pay to the Board the application fee set by the Board.

(b) Issuance. -- The Board shall issue the appropriate license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle for that license.
