§ 12-6C-03.1 - Purchase and distribution of prescription drugs and devices by Department.


MD Health Occ Code § 12-6C-03.1 (2013) What's This?

(a) In general. -- The Department may purchase and distribute prescription drugs and prescription devices for public health purposes.

(b) Regulations. -- The Department shall adopt regulations, in consultation with the Board, to implement this section.
