§ 8-6C-02 - Established; administration; funding


MD Health-Gen Code § 8-6C-02 (2013) What's This?

(a) Established. -- There shall be a Substance Abuse Treatment Outcomes Partnership Fund, established within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

(b) Administration. -- The Fund shall be administered according to this subtitle.

(c) Funding. --

(1) The Fund shall receive moneys as provided by the Governor in the State budget.

(2) The Fund also may accept funds from local, nonprofit, or private organizations.
