§ 10-202 - Director
MD Health-Gen Code § 10-202 (2013) What's This?
§10-202.
(a) The head of the Administration is the Director of Mental Hygiene, who shall be appointed by the Secretary.
(b) The Director serves at the pleasure of the Secretary.
(c) The Director shall be an individual who has demonstrated competence in the field of mental health administration.
(d) The Director is entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
