§ 5-3B-26 - Petition to invalidate
MD Fam L Code § 5-3B-26 (2013) What's This?
If a petition to invalidate an order under this subtitle on the basis of a jurisdictional or procedural defect is filed more than 1 year after entry of the order, a court shall dismiss the petition.
