§ 9-309 - Meetings; compensation
MD Env Code § 9-309 (2013) What's This?
§9-309.
(a) The Board shall meet at the times and places that the Governor or the chairman determines.
(b) A member of the Board:
(1) May not receive compensation; but
(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
