§ 21-201 - "Federal acts" defined
MD Educ Code § 21-201 (2013) What's This?
§21-201.
In this subtitle, “federal acts” means:
(1) The Smith-Hughes Act;
(2) The George-Barden Act;
(3) The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act;
(4) The Vocational Education Act of 1963;
(5) Any other career and technology education act of the United States Congress; and
(6) Any amendments to any of these acts.
