§ 18-19B-07 - Attachment, execution, garnishment, seizure of benefits
MD Educ Code § 18-19B-07 (2013) What's This?
(a) State not considered person. -- In this section, "person" does not include the State.
(b) Prohibition. -- A person may not attach, execute, garnish, or otherwise seize any current or future benefit under an investment account or any asset of the Broker-Dealer Plan.
