§ 18-1805 - Funding of grants -- State share


MD Educ Code § 18-1805 (2013) What's This?

§18-1805.

If a Youth Apprenticeship Program is established under the authority granted under this subtitle, the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation may:

(1) Determine the amount that is needed to fund the grants awarded under this subtitle; and

(2) Submit this information to the Department of Budget and Management for inclusion in the annual budget.
