§ 10-412 - Participation by colleges and universities


MD Econ Dev Code § 10-412 (2013) What's This?

§10-412.

Colleges and universities may:

(1) contract with the Corporation or its subsidiaries;

(2) assign to the Corporation or its subsidiaries intellectual property and other resources to assist in its development and activities; and

(3) assign faculty and staff to the Corporation.
