§ 10-318 - Audit
MD Econ Dev Code § 10-318 (2013) What's This?
§10-318.
(a) At least once each year the Authority shall have its books audited by a certified public accountant.
(b) The Authority shall pay for the cost of the audit from money available to it under this subtitle.
