§ 3-8A-19.5 - Peace order request -- Violations

(a) Certain violations constitute delinquent acts. -- A violation of any of the provisions of a peace order specified in § 3-8A-19.2(c)(1)(i), (ii), (iii), or (iv) of this subtitle is a delinquent act.

(b) Custody of child in violation. -- A law enforcement officer shall take into custody a child whom the officer has probable cause to believe is in violation of a peace order in effect at the time of the violation.
