§ 2-5A-03 - Judicial personnel committee
MD Cts & Jud Pro Code § 2-5A-03 (2013) What's This?
(a) In general. -- There shall be a judicial personnel committee, with duties and powers as set forth in this subtitle.
(b) Membership. -- The judicial personnel committee consists of three members, as follows:
(1) The State Court Administrator;
(2) The administrative judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City; and
(3) The clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
